Operator and acceptance
The Service is operated by Carsss (we, us, our). The Service is provided from https://socials.win. Legal, listing and rights notices: [email protected].
By adding, claiming, editing, reporting or boosting a profile, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. We do not use an age gate or date-of-birth field.
What you buy
A purchased boost buys paid promotional placement in a public leaderboard. It is not an editorial review, certification, endorsement or promise of followers, clicks, impressions, customers, revenue or search rank.
Some leaderboard positions may include promotional credits issued by Socials.win.
The current Rules form part of this agreement and explain score order, minimum amounts and profile eligibility.
Payments
Dodo Payments is the current Merchant of Record and payment processor. The provider's checkout, buyer terms and privacy policy shown at checkout also apply. Polar may act as the configured fallback Merchant of Record only when it is selected. Socials.win does not receive or store complete payment-card details.
You request that purchased digital placement start immediately after authoritative payment confirmation. The confirmed gross amount of a purchased boost before processor fees counts toward score; applicable taxes do not.
Refunds and reversals
Socials.win does not offer voluntary satisfaction refunds. Being outranked, receiving fewer visits than expected, owner edits or delisting, moderation removal, delay or later product changes do not by themselves create a refund right.
Mandatory consumer remedies and authoritative payment-provider decisions take priority. A refund, reversal or chargeback reduces the related score exactly once; an authoritative restoration may add it back.
Adding other people
You may add another person's eligible public profile. You receive no ownership, editing right, authority to speak for the creator or refund right because of the creator's later actions.
You must act in good faith and must not create an impersonation, use the service for harassment or submit a deceptive destination.
Content and enforcement
Illegal, fraudulent, harmful, hateful, exploitative, infringing, deceptive or malicious content and use are prohibited. We may refuse, hide, recategorize or remove profiles, disable boosts and preserve audit records when law, rights, safety, an authoritative payment-provider decision or our policies require it.
Removal does not automatically create a refund. A verified owner may request delisting; completed boost history remains part of the financial audit trail.
Availability and law
The Service is provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or any promotional outcome, and our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the boost giving rise to the claim. Mandatory liability cannot be excluded.
These Terms are governed by Polish law, without removing mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Contact [email protected] before starting a formal dispute so we can try to resolve it.
